This is an office based position located at the Maryland Health Plan in Hanover, MD. This position cannot be done remotely.
Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Developing project charge and scope.
Leads efforts to identify best practices and solutions to business neds internally and through external vendors/sources.
Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs, including leading the negotiation of contracts and contractual development of new programs, ensuring that operational constraints and priorities for ongoing maintenance of the program post start-up phase are considered.
Designs methods for integrating function and process.
Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

Job Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field;
5-8 years of process or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Prefer experience with program start-ups, including negotiation and contract development and execution.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with mental agility to ramp up quickly and adapt to change.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
