ManTech is seeking an experienced Program Control Specialist 2 for our operations in Arlington, VA.
Overview:
Assists supervisor in organizing, implementing and maintaining a scheduling management system supporting the project plan. Assists Project Manager in reviewing and analyzing contract requirements. Helps establishes tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of contract requirements. Enters project time-lines and maintains a database of tasks and the status of each task. Receives schedule updates and input from the Project Manager. Enters all new information into database and provides scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes. Communicates with supervisor and project staff to schedule work and to coordinate assignments. Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Performance of project and center business management tasks (CDRL A014)
Cost, schedule, and earned value performance analysis (CDRL A002)
Support of business management aspects of TSA OIA CTD including planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, earned value, full cost accounting/budgeting implementation and workforce tracking and analysis (CDRL A001)
Draft budgeting, earned value, and schedule/trend analysis, written executive summaries, long and short-range forecasts, technical impacts, and corrective action plans to TSA OIA CTD Management, as required (CDRL A016)
Provide benchmarking analysis and reporting on industry business systems, tools and standards
Provide health checks of the integrated Project schedule and provide the results of the analysis to office management (CDRL A006).
Provide, on an as-required basis, participation and assistance to TSA OIA CTD Engineering and Security teams. Participation may include draft a determination of a program/project's feasibility for achieving approved cost, schedule, earned value, and technical requirements
Support management with what-if scenario analysis and work-around planning (CDRL A004)
Participate in project and center meetings and reviews and prepares programmatic presentations, as required CDRL A007)
Must currently hold a U.S. Top Secret clearance and be eligible for SCI access
Qualifications
Requires Bachelor's degree (in Business Administration) or equivalent, and zero to two years of related (project support or management) experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
