Job Description:
Contact At Once!, a leading provider of IM and texting platforms for digital conversations between consumers and businesses, is looking for its next successful salesperson in Property Management Solutions. In this position, you'll be responsible for cold calling, generating leads and closing sales to meet or exceed your quota. Some of your presentations and demos will be live, but the majority will be done over the phone.
CAO will provide tools to assist you in being successful educating multifamily sales and marketing leadership on the benefits of website chat and mobile text solutions. You'll have the opportunity to excel with one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing software companies in Georgia.
Responsibilities:
Meet weekly quotas of calls, demos and presentations
Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
Cold call within a territory and/or target account list to develop new business opportunities
Build relationships with multifamily housing market leaders and consult with existing customers about add-on products
Proactively network to build referrals
Enthusiastically represent the company and our products
Work closely with customer support to ensure client issues are resolved quickly and effectively
Team with multiple departments to drive the company's mission and vision to the marketplace
Looking For:
A top producing senior inside sales (phone) executive with software sales experience
Strong experience closing enterprise sales
Ability to facilitate enterprise sales with executives through on-site presentations
Demonstrated experience selling new products in markets (start-up to early stage)
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Multi-tasker who can juggle many projects and effectively reprioritize tasks based on needs
Strong communication skills and presentation capabilities
The drive to succeed in a high energy, quota-driven sales organization within a fast-growing software company
Understanding of marketing and advertising
