Job Summary
Lead the development of revenue and profit maximizations strategies for Holland. This involves an in-depth understanding of current market trends and the internal company needs in terms of lane balance and regional competitive pricing pressures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and assess emerging trends in the marketplace and competitive activities that could impact Holland in either positive or negative ways.
Conduct post analysis of existing business to determine levels of profitability and recommend Yield Improvements strategies where needed.
Be an advocate for and spokesperson to the Corporate Account Executives regarding opportunities for Yield and Profit Improvement.
Provide analysis and reports to track impact of various Yield Improvement Strategies.
Establish and maintain effective cost analysis tools and processes for use by the Pricing Department.
Review and respond to large impact bids and pricing requests using the tools and strategies available.
Communicate with Corporate Account Executives and Regional Management regarding current industry trends and competitive pricing activity.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Prior FMS system experience
Understanding of TCG (costing tool)
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
2-3 years pricing experience preferably within the LTL industry

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
