Qualifications:
3
years Executive Chef experience working in a hotel, country club or high end restaurant.
Proven track record showcasing the ability to lead a team and Develop and Motivate staff
Must be able to perform a 3-4 hour Culinary Assessment for a panel of judges with presentation of ingredients upon the start of the evaluation (similar to Iron Chef)
Must be Visible and Engage with the Customers on a daily basis (Celebrity Chef Experience)
Proven track record with successful innovative menu development
Culinary degree preferred
Ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services
Must possess strong organizational & time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing a high level of customer service
Flexibility with schedule with catering and events
Benefits:
Hours are Monday -Friday for Breakfast & Lunch for the corporate cafe can vary based on catering and events.
