Title: Enterprise Architecture Analyst Location: Virginia-Arlington
Key Role:
Assist the DoD client with developing and maintaining a large enterprise architecture program. Build and maintain as-is and to-be DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) Version 1.5 and 2.0 compliant artifacts. Extract data from enterprise architecture artifacts and tailor for presentation to governance councils and other executive-level stakeholders. Facilitate architecture and IT investment management governance board meetings. Ensure integration of enterprise architecture information and processes with operations, change management, configuration management, and service management processes. Analyze client requirements against enterprise architecture artifacts and available enterprise or shared services, ensuring alignment with client's IT strategic direction and DoD policies and guidance. Facilitate the migration of legacy IT systems and applications to Joint information environment (JIE) optimized solutions or enterprise and shared services.
Basic
Qualifications:
-2 years of experience with IT management consulting in the DoD, civilian, or other federal government agencies
-1 years of experience with data, process, systems, or operational architectures
-Experience with enterprise architecture tools, including IBM Rational System Architect
-Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF) Version 1.5 and 2.0
-Knowledge of the federal enterprise architecture (FEA) business reference model (BRM)
-Active Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS)
-Knowledge of IT portfolio management best practices and initiatives
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
