Schedule: Full time; 10hr shifts; DAY shift - Schedule days may vary.
Supervision:
Reports to Clerk/ Gate Station Manager.
Executes work under direct supervision 15% of the time; works independently setting work schedule priorities, as well as helping other team members 85% of the time.
Does not supervise others.
Primary Purpose:
Team Member coordinates the timely flow of trailers and paperwork needed in the process of receiving, storing, and shipping product.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Coordinate dock flow for receiving shifts.
Release and stage loads for picking.
Investigate shortages of product in the picking process.
Compare accuracy of supplier bills.
Choose and stage loads to be received.
Print and distribute receiving paperwork as needed.
Finalize shipping and receiving paperwork.
Tracking/ checking of paperwork as it comes back from the floor.
Tracking/ verifying product on trailers.
Occasional Work Performed:
Interact with Sales, Purchasing, and Transportation.
Answer driver questions with regards to delivery receipts and load status.
Operate office equipment.
Assist with supplier product tracking in the areas of damage, discrepancies, identification, and shelf life.
Occasional overtime required.
Safety Responsibility:
This position assumes responsibility for the workplace safety of self and co-workers, and for the safety conditions of the work location.

Qualifications: Requirements:
High school diploma or general equivalency degree required.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and process simultaneous demands on a routine basis.
Good organizational skills.
Good computer skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Minimum Starting Wage: To be determined Job: Warehouse OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
