Career Connections is looking for an Outside Sales Executive for a larger employer in Athens, Ohio. The account executive carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Meet or exceed sales objectives in sales area of responsibility by promoting strong customer service skill sets and selling products through professional selling techniques, product service, and maintaining a relationship with both short and long term customers. Essential job functions include:
- Learn and sell products as they are introduced to the company.
- Support and achieve personal, individual, and company goals.
- Acquire, retain, and up-sell new and existing client base.
- Make collection calls.
- Attend departmental meetings and company meetings as scheduled.
- Correspond through email, telephone, and client visits.
- Utilize various social networking tools for company business.
This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity starting immediately. The schedule will generally be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. This is a salaried position with a commission package. This company does offer a full benefits package.
To qualify for this position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Proficiency with all MS Office is required. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Reliable transportation required. Must maintain a current drivers license and proof of vehicle liability insurance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
