Titan Machinery's Leaders of Tomorrow Program
Titan Machinery's Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Program is designed to develop recent college graduates, employees, and other qualified candidates into Titan Machinery's future Managers, Leaders, and Sales Professionals. This is a two phase, experience based program that provides participants with in-depth exposure to Titan Machinery. Business Manager - Management Trainees are full time, fully benefitted employees of Titan Machinery.
The two phases of the LOT program are:
1) Business Manager Phase
During this phase participants will work closely with one of Titan's Store Managers who will provide them excellent training and exposure to the day-to-day operation of one of Titan's Stores. Participants will typically spend this entire training phase at a specified Store.
Participants in this phase will be exposed to:
General Management of the Store
Employee Management
Wholegoods Sales Processes
Parts Department Operations
Service Department Operations
Rental Department Operations
2) Field Marketer Phase
During this phase the participants will transition into a Field Marketer position at a particular Store. As a sales person, the participant will be responsible for implementing Titan Machinery's sales model into the assigned territory and maximizing sales within the territory. This sales experience phase may take place at a different Store than Phase 1.
Once a participant has successfully completed both phases of the program, they will have the opportunity to continue in the Field Marketer position they held during Phase 2 or they could potentially move into an open management or leadership position within Titan Machinery.
Selection into or participation in Titan Machinery's Leaders of Tomorrow Program is not intended to create a contract between Titan Machinery and the participant and does not guarantee a participant a specific position with Titan Machinery now or in the future. All participants will be subject to Titan's Performance Review process.
