Job Description:
As a respected authority in estate planning for the Chinese Community, a need for a Judicial/Law Clerk has arisen in our company to prepare estate plans for Chinese clients with business and property in the U.S. and Hong Kong.
Under supervision, the Judicial/Law Clerk interviews clients to gather information to apply the myriad estate planning laws to the clients situation; research laws, court decisions, documents, opinions, briefs, U.S. tax code and other information related to estate planning for the preparation of an estate plan; presents an estate plan applicable to the clients situation to the attorney for approval; explains to the client the application of the law to their situation; prepares documents pursuant to the estate tax plan drafting various trusts, wills, LLC Agreements, and Partnership Agreements as applicable to the clients situation; maintains client case files and correspondence; and writes articles for publication
Job Requirements:
LLM (Master of Laws) in Law
One year of experience as Paralegal
Required knowledge: International Tax Law, Business Association, Equity & Trusts, Hong Kong Land Law, Secured Transactions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
