JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary:
Summary Qualifies leads and solicits orders for services over the telephone by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Calls prospective clients to qualify leads and explain type of service offered.
Minimum daily call activity: 90 calls per day or 250 minutes on the phone.
Quotes prices and encourages client to buy.
Enters names, addresses, and other pertinent information prospects solicited into computer database system.
Follows up with customer to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Prepares report on sales activities
