Essential Duties:
Contacting and negotiating payment of delinquent accounts
Clear and accurate documentation of account activity
Investigative research in locating responsible parties and potential assets
Gathering and compiling data
Required Attributes
Ability to interact cordially with co-workers and the public
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to use a computer and various software applications for collection purposes
Account problem solving and resolution
Organizing and managing priorities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Good basic math skills
