Carries out procedures and experiments according to protocol and standard operating procedures in accordance with all regulatory EPA requirements. May develop procedures and methods for solution of technical problems.
Establishes and adheres to a schedule that meets CPIs or contracting organizations timetable and establishes daily or weekly routines necessary to meet project timelines.
May work on several projects concurrently and will monitor and direct the activities of subordinates performing work in the lab.
Trains subordinates on techniques required to perform job functions
Performs complex data evaluations, reviews the work of others, and writes complex technical reports.
Develops standards and specifications for processes, products, and tests.
Looks for ways to improve operating efficiencies and identifies any safety and/or quality issues/suggestions for the improvement of process/production
Understands and follows safety requirements, procedures, and policies. Employee understands and properly uses safety equipment
Preventable maintenance and trouble shooting of instruments
Follows company rules and employee guidelines, as established in the Kelly Products, Inc. Employee Handbook
Participates in training sessions with a willingness to learn and improve abilities
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by members of management
Qualifications and requirements:
Thorough knowledge of good laboratory practices, methodologies, laboratory safety practices, OSHA regulations and laboratory certification requirements
Good knowledge of federal, state, county and Commission laws, regulations, policies and procedures governing and related to Federal Register as it applies to laboratory programs
Working knowledge of quality assurance operations and procedures
Working knowledge of non-conformance processes
Working understanding of sanitation and good manufacturing practices
Good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude

years HPLC and GC experience
Through knowledge of pesticide formulations

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
