What you will do
You will be part of our elite product development team. Currently we are adding team members to help influence, design, and evolve our lighthouse product Synapse (www.synapsephm.com). Your day to day will involve daily stand up meetings to discuss current features being built. Weekly meetings to discuss upcoming sprints and the product roadmap. You will prepare your features and then fold them into our continuous integration development environment via GitHub where our QA team will review your release. You will participate in preparing for both major and minor releases to our products. Your code will be awesome. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and delivery. You should be a highly motivated, self-starter who can effectively manage design, implementation, and problem resolution.

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Ability to work in a team based development environment

years experience with the following: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (any popular framework)
Mobile development, including responsive design
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and systems engineering
Excellent consultative communication style
Skills that would be a bonus

Pivotal Tracker
Experience working with Visualforce and Apex
Experience with web services: JSON, XML
Knowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleaning and security
Healthcare industry experience
