Incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that company objectives are met through coaching, mentoring and training a knowledgeable staff.
Attain monthly & annual performance objectives with employees as set by management.
Supervise the interviewing, selection, training and evaluation of store personnel.
Manage toward a positive cash flow by achieving sales forecast; maintain payroll cost & controlling operating expenses.
Work closely with sales department in promotions, displays & factory help.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, make outside calls, take deliveries when necessary & handle customer complaints effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business & 5
years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education & experience preferred. Experience in the automotive industry strongly preferred. Must possess strong PC skills; including MS Office.
Candidate must successfully complete the background check, drug screening, & motor vehicle record check process.
