Office Manager
As an Office Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the operations of the business office.
Additional responsibilities of the Office Manager include:
Assuring all accounts 60 days and older are properly maintained.
Assuring all cash and investments properly blance.
Reconciling and reporting required accounts.
Assuring all financial system updates are installed and the system is backed up.
Keeping all business office manuals updated and office machines functioning properly.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Office Manager
To qualify for the Office Manager, you must have effective communication skills and be able to work with individuals of all ages.
Additional requirements of the Office Manager include:
2 years experience in health care accounting is preferred.
Skills in typing, keying, filing, and bookkeeping.
Use of Basic computer programs.
Minimum of two-year accounting degree or certificate perferred.
Four-year accounting degree is preferred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Business Office Manager
This position involves direct interaction with residents, staff, management and vendors; with occasional weekends.
Candidate must have the basic ability to communicate and comprehend; to measure and comprehend certain quantities; to meet the physical and mental abilities of the job as well as meet the conditions of employment applicable to the center. Candidate must be able to speak, read and write in English and be able to articulate clearly and audibly. Prefer a minimum of two-year accounting degree or certificate; a four-year accounting degree preferred with two years experience in health care accounting preferred.
