EDUCATION: 4-year degree is preferred, but not required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

years of experience in production maintenance;
Leadership and supervisory experience;
Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SAP, MRP, ISO, preventative maintenance, continuous improvement;
Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
