JOB SUMMARY and KEY OBJECTIVES:
Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for engineering ( design and development ), production, maintenance, and quality for a 100 person manufacturing operations for large towers, grain silos, conveyors, catwalks and associated structural steel components to be used in the agricultural industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS
Interface with customer to understand VOC and provide directional oversight for all engineering activities.
Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to insure the
total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
Work with VP/GM to develop budgets, P&L, and provide oversight.
Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower,
wages and salaries.
Manages capital assets.
Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant
facilities and equipment when necessary.
Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
Implements and maintains preventative maintenance programs.
Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.
Provides direction, development and leadership to direct reports.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION and EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in either Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering with at least 5 years in municipal project design ( ie. bridges, architectural projects involving concrete, steel supports, or structures for the support of municipal power ). Ideal candidate should have held a leadership role with P&L oversight for project or a manufacturing facility. Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements. Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
