RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SUPPORT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO; WORKFORCE PLANNING, EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS, TOTAL REWARDS STRATEGY, AND WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT.
# Major Duties
PARTNERS WITH MANAGEMENT IN STRATEGIC WORKFORCE PLANNING, ENSURING SHORT AND LONG TERM STAFFING NEEDS ARE ALIGNED WITH BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS.
PROVIDES TECHNICAL AND ADVISORY SUPPORT IN ACCORDANCE WITH HR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
APPLIES APPROPRIATE INTERVENTION METHODS TO RESOLVE COMPLEX EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS MATTERS.
ADMINISTERS TOTAL REWARDS PROGRAM; PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, RECOGNITION, BENEFITS, AND COMPENSATION.
PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
# Job Qualifications
4 YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS IN HR.
OR
BACHELORS'S DEGREE WITH 2 YEARS IN HR, OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE WITH 1 YEAR HRM EXPERIENCE WITH COMPLETION OF HR TRAINEE PROGRAM.
