Position Overview (Part-Time to Permanent position)
The Brand Ambassador Specialist will be responsible for developing the Brand Ambassador program utilizing existing social media channels. Will generate and meet Brand Ambassadors revenue goals and report revenue stream. Will serve as the primary contact for the Brand Ambassadors.
Essential Job Functions
Generate and meet Brand Ambassadors revenue goals and report revenue stream
Maintain a steady source of Brand Ambassadors through recruitment of new Brand Ambassadors (bloggers, college students, affiliates and strong fans of the product)
Responsible for Brand Ambassador recruitment, support, education and motivation.
Responsible for all Brand Ambassador communications, training & support as well as social media promotions
Responsible for educating the Brand Ambassadors on new & existing products in all lines (currently four lines)
Responsible for ensuring the Brand Ambassador has the materials they need to perform their job (samples, collateral, etc.)
Other duties as needed
Qualifications
2
years experience in a supervisory/managerial role preferred
Strong interpersonal communications skills
Knowledge of the cosmetics industry preferred
Excellent computer skills and ability to use MS WORD, Excel Power Point, and Outlook
Knowledge of online training tools such as Skype and Go2Meeting
