Our Offline Service Specialists use web-based tools to assist customers with matters related to troubleshooting, warranties, network coverage, handsets and devices, accessories, billing, rate plans, features and services, and repair.
Basic requirements:
At least 18 years of age
6 months experience operating a computer in Windows based environment
Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of call center operation
Office hours: Monday Friday 5am to 8pm
In addition to excellent communication and computer skills, one year customer service work experience is preferred.
We value your experience and education, so to start you will earn $12.86 - $15.19 per hour based on that experience!
