# Major Duties
ASSISTS IN PLANNING, MANAGING AND DIRECTING RETAIL STORE OPERATIONS
ASSISTS IN ESTABLISHING FINANCIAL GOALS TO MAXIMIZE SALES, PROFIT, SSR, PRODUCTIVITY, TURNS AND INVENTORY.
EVALUATES AND ENHANCES CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
SUPERVISES, TRAINS, DEVELOPS AND SCHEDULES ASSOCIATES FOR CURRENT POSITIONS AND FUTURE GROWTH.
COMPLIES WITH OSHA AND EPA/ENVIRONMENTAL AGENCIES/ORGANIZATIONS POLICIES, PROCEDURES, RULES AND REGULATIONS.
PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
# Job Qualifications
1 YEAR RETAIL EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL STORE OPERATIONS WITHIN THE LAST 2 YEARS IS REQUIRED
