DescriptionRandstad is currently seeking candidates to fill immediate openings for one of our leading technology clients at their Bentonville, AR location.
As a Customer Solutions Representative you will be in a Command Center (Call Center) environment. You will be answering general account questions, help troubleshoot account issues via telephone and e-mail. You will be responsible for answering technical questions about servers and computer related issues as well as solving various business systems and applications problems for customers, and on-site authorized service providers.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in some of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word as well as excellent typing/data entry skill with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Good communication and organization skills are also important
- Good Listening skills
- Ability to adapt in an ever changing high paced environment
- Must have an aptitude for learning to process orders on multiple system platforms
- Must be detail oriented and able to follow process and procedures as outlined with the business
Working hours: 3rd shift variable 8pm and 8am
3rd shift variable 8pm and 8am
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- 1-2 years of Customer Call Center Experience.
- Ability to understand basic functions of a call center.
- Ability to follow simple instructions (no more than 4 different steps in a process).
- Ability to adhere to basic safety instructions.
- Ability to work in a team and take direction from a team lead and also train as necessary
