The Web Developer will be responsible for the development of customer web sites and internal business applications. This position requires an individual with strong application development experience with capability of working on both front-end and business logic layers using standard development packages, tools, frameworks and scripting technologies with focus on Microsoft .NET development platform. This position is knowledgeable and passionate about current web technology trends and is capable of implementing compelling solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Designs, develops, and maintains web applications and web sites Translates prototypes and design concepts into working, cross-browser and cross-device compatible web applications Establishes interface standards and templates and develops reusable design patterns and frameworks Works with all levels of business users, customers, internal and external developers to develop and test features and ensure proper integration with back-end and external systems Provides assistance with testing, debugging and general maintenance of web applications Researches and advises on new web technologies and development approaches Other duties may be assigned

Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related area. MCSD Certifications preferred but not required. 4 to 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the development of web applications on the .NET framework. Extensive experience developing with Frameworks 2.0-4.5, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server and object-oriented programming Experienced in relational database modeling with hands-on experience working with SQL Server 2005-2012 and MS-TSQ scripting. Experience with traditional and new application lifecycle models (waterfall, RUP, agile) including key deliverables. Extensive expertise with modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX Experience with building W3C standards-compliant solutions that work across browsers and devices Experience designing and developing websites optimized for mobile devices Experience developing in Microsoft environment using Visual Studio and TFS Experience or understanding of web user-interface design, usability and user-centric design methodologies Experience with Microsoft Office and Visio applications Preferred experience with Microsoft SharePoint framework, MOSS and WSS, and integration of applications using XML.
