DescriptionSome of the Duties include:
- Generate Accounts Payable
- Audit invoices for completeness accuracy and approval
- Must have PRIOR EXPERIENCE working with and processing payroll.
- Must have experience with a/p and a/r basic functions
- Administrative activities for plant operation
- Manage and greet visitors
- Research vendor statements, phone calls and discrepancies
- Responsible for performing routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative procedures
Working hours: Monday - Friday, day shift
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
- Attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with Company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and work rules and/or regulations
- Enter and maintain accurate documentation of transactions, time, and work activities
- Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders; Ability to work with minimal supervision; Maintain clean and safe work area/environment; Fill in for other work positions as necessary

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
