Caesars Midsouth has an immediate opening for a Beverage Server at Horseshoe Tunica Casino & Hotel. This part time position will work in Legends during the swing shift.
Provides friendly, professional beverage service to Casino guests.
Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender, assists in the preparation of drinks and presents drinks to guests.
Maintains clean and stocked workstation/ lounge area
Handles money according to procedure
Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
Provides customers with property information on current events, promotions, and attractions.
Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, Beverage manager
Provides personalized service and uses guest name
Resolves service problems according to guidelines
Offer Specialty cocktails from the menu to customers
Must be 21 years of age
Minimum 1 year experience in food or beverage service
Must be able to read, write legibly, understand and speak English
Count money and change correctly
Know or is able to learn, cocktail ingredients and garnishes
Available to work required schedule which may will include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Must be able to walk & stand during shift.
Must be able to lift and carry 15 pounds throughout shift.
Must be able to tolerate a loud, smoking environment.
