_Change and Transformation Specialist_
The Change Management Center of Excellence (COE) at Mondelez International is functionally aligned to HR. with the Talent & Organization Effectiveness sub-function.
At Mondelez International, we have an ongoing portfolio of large-scale, transformational programs which contribute to our company's vision of becoming the world's favorite snacking company. The scope of these programs spans impacts to people, processes and related systems.
The Change and Transformation Specialist will act as a Change Management expert, supporting the end-to-end change management execution for one or more of these global, transformation initiatives aimed at creating best in class cost management and transforming how we work. Project scope will be cross-functional, spanning every geography and require big picture thinking to understand scope of change, and attention to detail to draw out stakeholder-level impacts while engaging our colleagues.
The Change and Transformation Specialist will work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation throughout our organization.
Some assignments will support a global initiative for which the Change and Transformation Specialist will be expected to execute an existing strategy within the context of, and to support, the transformation of MDLZ International. Global program assignments will require participation in Change Management networks to share and/or apply lessons learned to change execution tactics real-time.

Responsibilities:_
Manage execution and quality delivery of change across the programs assigned to this role incorporating everything from the initial change impact assessment and stakeholder alignment through to the delivery of capability building, communications and other change interventions to help achieve our desired change outcomes:
1. Ensure program leadership provide change sponsorship as required
2. Oversee, coordinate and provide thought leadership to project team colleagues supporting the change initiative
3. Establish and measure change KPIs for the program
4. Create consistency in key messages between projects as appropriate, and deliver high-quality direction to end users.
5. Ensure a focus on sustainability of change beyond go live to help ensure full delivery of business results.
Be an active member of the global change community; sharing learning, expertise and coaching to develop others.
Proactively use involvement in programs to build change ability across program teams and client groups to help drive our overall change capability building strategy; this will be done through modeling appropriate change behaviors and actively engaging program teams in the change management process.
_Internal and External Interface:_
This role will report to the Director of Culture and Engagement or Change and Transformation Leads (spanning the initiatives).
Interfaces:
With global and regional change leads as well as change resources in other functions to help integrate planning and delivery of change for global programs into the transformation agenda and context.
Work with the global change team to ensure communications strategy and plans for global programs are aligned to our corporate communications strategy-linking into Corporate Affairs teams as required.

## Qualifications
_Requirements:_
Bachelor's Degree required
Master Degree in Organizational Learning, Organizational Effectiveness or Communications is preferred
Seven or more years of demonstrated change management or organizational effectiveness work experience.
Strong experience in change-related delivery roles on large, multi-country business projects and programs with challenging business outcomes
Experience in working within other business functions to include Supply Chain, Sales, Finance or Information Services is a plus
The ability to embrace and champion change in a dynamic, ambiguous and challenging business environment
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders' behavior without having direct authority over work responsibilities
Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence at all levels within the organization and deliver through others
Self-driven and results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and organizational advancement
