ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that AORs for designated clients are accurate and within the agreed upon SLA's. Specific AOR may include one or more of the following, as needed: RF, Inventory Control, Receiving, Replen and Outbound.
- Randomly inspect condition of items, verify accurate count, note discrepancies, and ensure that PO's, orders or packing specifications are correct.
- Communicate to the operations manager if any SLA's have the potential of not being met.
- Communicate to operations manager when supplies are needed with enough lead time to order.
- Provide end of day reporting to operations manager.
- Ensure all safety procedures and standards with regard to inbound and outbound merchandise and utilize good judgment at all times.
- Ensure the entire production area is kept clean on a day to day basis and that all supplies are put back in their designated areas at the end of the day. This includes workers cutting up their own boxes and putting them on a pallet to be trashed.
- Ensure staff is meeting or exceeding productivity standard, following company policies and procedures and adhering to the security regulations of the facility.
- Communicate any issues on floor to operations manager.
- Report daily attendance of staff, noting absences.
- Communicate any staffing issues to the operations manager.
Working hours: 2nd Shift Position
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
--High School Diploma or GED.
--Requires good communication skills, the ability to gain respect, motivate a team and coach associates.
--Must be a strong team player with a personal commitment toward the business and its customers.
--Must be dependable and reliable.
--Must have a sense of urgency and efficiency, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
--Must be flexible and willing to adjust work schedule to meet the demands of clients.
--Familiarity with personal computers and material handling equipment is essential.
--Must have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and good reasoning or judgment skills.
--Must be able to handle the stress of meeting deadlines with tight scheduling requirements and stay calm in the midst of chaos.
--Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
--Must be capable of sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time.
--Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, push, pull, bend, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis.
--Must be able to use proper techniques to lift 50 lbs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
