A growing flexographic printing facility in the Triad area is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager.
Key Job
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations: Air quality reports, waste disposal, permits, reporting, and required hazardous waste training.
Responsible for the proper maintenance and care of all company assets: Building, equipment, support company's asset purchases and justification
Safety: Promote health and safety awareness throughout the facility, actively participate in safety committee meetings
Develop and implement detailed plans for downtown reduction as an on-going mission of continuous improvement. Ensure proper metrics are in place to support the manufacturing departments in their effort to drive improvement throughout the organization
Participate in management activities as deemed appropriate by the General Manager
Understand department's inputs/outputs and internal suppliers and customers, and ensure that open lines of communication exist to ensure feedback is received and given.
Key job Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar position
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Solid knowledge of established engineer principles and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Salary based on experience. Full company benefits. NM50Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
