Job Summary :
The Temporary Inside Sales Representative will manage incoming sales calls; assist walk-in beneficiaries and members; and placing outgoing sales calls to follow-up on leads for all counties. Support and manage the sales team as assigned such as attending the occasional in-home visit, sales, member, orientation meetings or events as requested.
Essential Duties:
Answer incoming calls from current or prospective members that require assistance with plan selection
Identify and follow up on sales leads and referrals.
Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from phone queue and keeping record of such work.
Meet with walk-in members and prospects regarding plan coverage -assist with enrollment forms as needed.
Make outbound calls to prospects to assure they received requested materials and answer any appropriate questions.
Document all sales activity information in the appropriate database and/or tracking system.
Make outbound retention calls to existing members as requested, inclusive of annual check-in, medical review reminders and event reminders.
Make in-home visits to prospective members at Sales Operations Manager's request.
Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and printing.
Weekend and evening hours may be required as well as travel.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
Will typically possess 2
years sales experience with a successful track record of goal achievement.
Prefer BA/BS; High School Diploma required.
Experience working with Medicare recipients, knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques is preferred.

Experience:
In-depth understanding of medical/dental insurance products and services
Demonstrated success in selling insurance products
Medicare Advantage plan experience preferred
License/Certification:
Washington State Disability license
CMS required training for selling Medicare Advantage plans (SPH will provide this training)

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
