Job Description
Wyle-CAS may have a near future requirement to support Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) work to develop and test Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for air surveillance, detection, identification, and engagement capabilities for the NORAD community. The J-NEST SP is designed to provide a disciplined approach to enhance and update cruise missile defense (CMD) TTP for advanced sensors and Command and Control (C2) integration to improve detection, identification, and engagement of a cruise missile threat required for full combat effectiveness in the NCR. Work for this Special Project position will take place primarily at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Aberdeen, MD. Works directly with the Technical Director, Program Manager, Test Manager, M&S Architects and ORSA's to formulate data collection plans for J-NEST Tests. Must be able to establish a Data Management and Analysis Center (DMAC), apply specific management expertise in data collection, data reduction and processing so that ORSA's and Subject Matter Analysts can conduct required analysis so that required deliverables can be made available on a timely basis for use by warfighters in NORAD and USNORTHCOM and appropriate components. Works with network administrators and data IT support personnel to ensure the J-NEST has automated storage capacity, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission, assurance or reception of information, and applies a broad knowledge of computers, network components, peripheral equipment, software, firmware, services and related resources. Work will support the Joint National Capital Region (NCR) Enhanced Surveillance Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (J-NEST), Special Project (SP) Director (SPD) in development, test, refinement, validation and integration of TTPs. Test planning and technical editing duties will be provided in domains of: test and exercise planning; test product development; and technical articles, brochures, and other test socialization products. Candidate must be eligible for a security clearance which requires US citizenship.

A Bachelor's degree with 8 years related experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Previous CCMD staff or MAJCOM staff experience, preferably N-NC, 1AF/AFNORTH/ CONR. Experience with Joint Test Data Management and Analysis Center (DMAC). Experience with network architecture, configuration management, topology, protocols, and security requirements of Local Area Networks. Experience working with Test Managers and establishing data collection plans prior to Risk Reduction Events and Field Tests. Experience and writing appropriate portions of Detailed Test Plans. Experience working with data collection managers at various collection points. Experience interfacing with the Network Administrators and Data IT support personnel to ensure DMAC maintenance. Experience with developing/supporting meeting agendas, briefings, and briefing materials. Must be proficient briefing senior-level personnel, comfortable with all levels of rank, proficient delivering briefings and running meetings and working groups. Must be proficient with use of MSOffice family of software. A TOP SECRET DOD Security Clearance eligible for Special Compartmented Information (SCI) with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) is required.
A Master's degree with 6 years related experience. Additional years of Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) experience. Experience with application of test/evaluation methods and techniques, test management/planning, functional review of test documentation, and understanding of multi-Service TTP. Experience with CONR-1AF/AFNORTH related plans, orders, and CONOPS. Experience developing/ refining TTPs and CONOPs and CONEMPS. Experience developing SharePoint sites. Experience with Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor (JLENS) System, Stateside Affordable RADAR System (STARS), Sentinel Radar a strong plus. Experience supporting N-NC, its N2C2, CONR-1AF/AFNORTH, and National Capital Region IAMD a plus. Knowledge of data link processes for wide area air surveillance, NORAD air defense architectures, Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC), and air defense spectrum of the NORAD mission are a definite plus. Previous clearance and access into Special Access Programs/Requirements (SAP/SAR) a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
