MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
FULL TIME HOURLY POSITION 2nd or 3rd SHIFT

The following job duties describe the basic functions and responsibilities of the position and are not all exclusive.
GENERAL
Responsibilities:
Receives instructions and direction from the Maintenance Staff
Help Improvement and Support Preventative Maintenance Programs
Troubleshoot and repair equipment as required
Provides recommendations to improve production equipment
Identifies and provides recommendations for reoccurring failures
Must understand and adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and integrate health safety and environmental considerations into daily work activities
Qualifications:
Associates Degree preferred or High School diploma required with equivalent industry experience
Must be a Proactive Team Member
Knowledge of Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electrical equipment and machinery
Experience with metal working, machining, fabrication skills a plus
Able to read blueprints and schematics
Troubleshooting skills and effective time management skills
Must have awareness of all aspects of plant safety.
