Summary
Position will ensure that raw materials and finished goods conform to quality control specifications. QA Technician will follow standard lab practices to assure that batch adjustments are correct. Investigates and follows up on customer complaints related to products shipped from plant.
Responsibilities:?
Develop, implement and enforce SHE goals and objectives of department.
Perform required QC tests on incoming raw materials and finished goods.
Maintain lab equipment calibration logs.
Use root cause analysis to perform product quality analysis.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Job Specific Competencies required for this position include: proficiency in SHE, SAP and Microsoft
Office Suite desired. DOT and MIOSHA knowledge and experience desired.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and pressure environment desired.

years in a quality assurance-related field desired.

year(s) in a chemical-related field desired.
Ability to handle lab samples (under 1000L) of chemicals on a daily basis - 100% of time.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a Science-related fieldEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
