Public Relations / Communications Manager
REPORTS TO: SR MANGER, GLOBAL CONSUMER PRODUCTS
LOCATION: WOBURN, MA
Responsibilities:
Clearly articulate the companys desired image, position and missionand assure consistent communication to external audiences.
Define the companys public, media and analyst relations strategies and programs including definition of metrics for success and organize the process of its efficient execution.
Manage the planning and execution of events, sponsorships and trade shows to ensure maximum exposure and lead generation.
Develop high impact promotionalcampaigns across all media types, including creative content, messaging, product positioning and promotion.
Develop and implement proactive social media strategy, involve employees, partners and customers in promotion.
Build strong relationships with industry opinion leaders and analysts.
Developviral campaigns.
Organize efficient internal communications process.
Make deep analysis of PR strategies of Acronis competitors in the region.
Manage creative content for technical product publications.
Execute proactive corporate communications with regular coverage in tier1 and tier2 press.
Identify and train speakers for their communication with press. Train thought leaders in data protection and disaster recovery asset.
SKILLS:
Intermediate or upper intermediate level of English.
Proficiency in problem-solving and project management.
Ability to think creatively; passionate about our subject matter.
Coverage-oriented and goal-oriented approach -Successful experience with social and viral campaigns -Capable of effectively developing strategic business objectives.
Ability to influence others.
Able tocollaborate with others, build trusting relationships and deliver projects on time and within budget;
Demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills, with an ability to interview customers, extract, assimilate and present key information.
Experience of workingin global company and international communications
Experience:
BA/BS in Communications or Public Relations, MBA preferred
5 8 yearsexperience in the IT software/technology field.
Strong experience in media relations and analyst relations.
