XCAL RF Tools Technical Support Engineer (Northern NJ)

Responsibilities Include:
o Provide technical support to customers as they use test and measurement
solutions.
o Work with R&D team to test and enhance new 3G & 4G products such as XCAL for LTE, XCAL-Mobile for 3G/4G smartphones, XCAL-MO multi- technology benchmarking tool, XCAP centralized data processing tool, etc.
o Understanding or experience in drive testing/data collection in various wireless networks (CDMA/EVDO, GSM/UMTS/HSPA/HSPA+, WiMAX, LTE) using T&M tools.
o Clear understanding of post-processing of mobile logs, analysis of the air interface messages between the mobile phone and the base stations, analysis of the RF and other important parameters, and compile call statistics (dropped calls, access failures, throughput, etc.)
o Field incoming technical issues from customers and work with R&D team if
necessary to bring the escalated issues to resolution.
o Create solutions from resolved issues for future use by customers and internal
personnel.
o Provide technical support to Sales team in their pre-sales efforts, e.g. performing
tool demonstration, responding to RFP, promoting new tools, etc.
o Responsible for creating and maintaining test plan/case documentation, manually executing scenarios, documenting software defects, working with the R&D team to resolve defects and verifying commercial software.
o Minimal travel may be required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
