Procom is currently seeking a Customer Support Engineer for a contract opportunity with a client in Morrisville, NC.
Provide technical services to customers in LAN Switching technologies. Candidate must have excellent written and oral skills. CCNA certifcation is required. CCIE strongly preferred.
The following responsibilities are associated with this LAN Switching Support Engineer position:
--Provides second/third level technical support for LAN Switch technologies to customers, partners, account teams, and other Technical Assistance Center engineers.
--Applies analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.
--Provides technology/product training and intellectual property material as required.
--Acts as focal point for large account network problem resolution.
--Effectively utilizes moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve problems.
--Submits complete and correct bug reports in area of expertise.
-- Works with switching gear including Switches, Software, and Protocols.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
