Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Provides clinical expertise and guidance in the collection, interpretation and reporting of data. Will develop and maintain databases as appropriate to the project scope, prepare electronic presentations and project plans, work with other healthcare team members and physicians to tailor and maintain databases and reporting standards. Will also perform ongoing data entry and maintenance of databases and conduct training as needed, perform programming of related applications to meet user needs, troubleshoot system and application problems and provide user support. Will assist in trial projects, alpha and beta projects as needed.
Qualifications/Experience
Must have a minimum Associates Degree in Computer Science, Nursing, or related field and 3-4 years clinical experience. Must have current Iowa license as appropriate. Successful applicant will also have effective written and oral communication skills, working knowledge of computer concepts and information systems, ability to work within time frames to meet project deadlines, and have effective team work and facilitation skills. Must be able to demonstrate skill in performance improvement principles and applications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
