We are seeking qualified RVTs to join our growing group of team members who love pets, are team-oriented, able to multi-task/prioritize duties, and are self-motivated. Additionally, we require outgoing, energetic, and positive personalities to blend well within our Drama Free Work Zone.
Must be able to complete the following duties to ensure a comfortable, safe and sanitary environment:
Work in a fast-paced emergency environment
Venipuncture
Wound care and Management
Catheterization
Laser both surgical and therapeutic
Orthopedic Surgery
Exploratory Surgery
Surgical Preparation
Digital Radiology
Anesthetic SEVO,ISO
Critical Care
Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining holding areas and equipment
Feeding, exercising and grooming patients
Preparing and sanitizing surgery suites
Restraining and handling patients
Lab Sample Preparation
Surgical Pack Preparation
Understanding of medical terminology and procedures
Work with computers
Spell, alphabetize, perform basic math
Job Requirements:
Physical activity including lifting up to 40 pounds
Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays
Enjoy a team spirited atmosphere
Experience in Emergency Medicine preferred
Technician License not required Will be considered with experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
