Pre Select and Develop new suppliers for New components in projects.
Insure the complete development of new components for new projects from Supplier selection to PPAP approval, in cooperation with Purchasing, R&D, and SQA plant teams,
in accordance with Magneti Marelli standard component development (Advance SQA).

External suppliers components in New Projects:
? According panel definition.
Tasks and Responsibilities
? Prepare the new component in Projects list and activity planning.
? Establish the Monthly New Projects Components Reporting.
? Guarantee the implementation of all Quality validation steps for New components and suppliers:
Supplier Selection: Visit new suppliers, validate selection steps with support of buyer/Project buyer.
Define the Requirements File for new suppliers and new components in Projects.
APQP management
Validate supplier processes by performing process audits and Run@Rate.
Validate Initial Samples / PPAP delivered by supplier.
? Insure the Qualification of New components in projects before SOP.
? Manage New components in Projects with Project Buyer/Buyer/Project Manager and Suppliers.
? Organize Project reviews with suppliers and MM Teams.
? Manage all activities linked to modifications during Component Project development: planning, PPAP validation

? Experienced in Process Audits / Run@Rates / PPAP validation.
? Knowledge and practice of quality tools : FMEA, SPC ,CPK, Pareto-etc
? Knowledge and experience in problem solving methods: 8D, 5 whys, Ishikawa, FTA,
? Knowledge of Quality Norms: ISO TS 16949-VDA6-QS9000.
? Project Management knowledge.
? Six sigma certification either yellow, green or Black Belt (prefer)
? Ability to work with Minitab or any other statistical software tools
Requested qualification:
? Education degree (min. / optimum): Mechanical engineer or equivalent.
? Length of professional
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Automotive Industry experience in quality field, experienced in process and/or system Audits.
? Fluent English mandatory, other languages are welcome.
Resources & Power:

? Reports to: SQA Manager
? Working means: Computer, phone.
? Frequent business trips abroad (50-70% of workload).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
