Manufacturing Supervisor, 2nd shift, is needed on a full-time permanent job basis for our client who is a Tier 1 automotive supplier in Southwest Michigan. The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for all activities on 2nd Shift in an automotive metal stamping/robotic welding work cell assembly facility and will report to the General Production Supervisor, 1st shift.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must show within his/her resume several years of progressively responsible experience with safety, quality, (QS-9000), and productivity improvements. The individual will possess superior interpersonal and organizational skills. Knowledge of tooling, robotic welding, and work cell assembly is essential. A 4-year degree is preferred; however, not required.
