Career Connections is seeking a Territory Coordinator in Tewksbury. The Territory Coordinator is responsible for interfacing with technicians and clients in a support role to ensure that customer service level commitments and internal processes are achieved.
Responsibilities include
Monitor service calls to ensure calls are assigned to the appropriate resource throughout the US
Manage customer service complaints to resolution with technician and client
Follow pre-established job duties at specific intervals during the work day
Ability to understand and utilize reporting to ensure compliance with deadlines
Candidates should have at least two years of prior experience, excellent customer service skills, and strong communication skills. Candidates should be organized, have a strong knowledge of MS Office products, and have the ability to multi-task.
