Responsibilities for the Technician
Startup automated, semi-automated, and manual machines; Load and align process chemicals/materials into said machines; Monitor and understand equipment settings (digital and analog).
Adjust machine settings per product or prototype documentation and operate laser equipment
Assist in the design of experiments required to determine optimum process/recipe parameters
Work with Manufacturing Supervisor to resolve equipment quality issues in a timely manner, documenting the results using computer generated reports
Requirements for the Technician
2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
Experience troubleshooting process equipment required
Experience with digital and analog equipment required
Hands-on manufacturing experienced strongly desired
