Process Technician

IMMEDIATE NEED: We are looking for (2) Process Technicians located near Madison, WI. The Process Technician needs to be skilled in the maintenance and repair of production machinery and facilities. They must function at the journey level in at least two trades, such as Electrical, HVAC, Hydraulics and Mechanical. There is (1) 2nd shift position available that is 3pm-11pm and (1) 3rd shift position available that is 11pm-7am. This is an immediate need so all qualified candidates are encouraged to APPLY NOW. Pay will commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities for the Process Technician
Preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance of assigned equipment.
Use prints, operating manuals, sketches, and diagrams to dismantle, assemble, trouble shoot or repair equipment.
Must possess proficient troubleshooting skills and ability to repair / rebuild plastic molding machines and other production related equipment
Record keeping of PM and repairs performed.
Requirements for the Process Technician
Strong mechanical experience required.
Experience with plastic injection molding or blow molding is a plus.
Proficiency in hydraulics, electrical and pneumatics.
Robotics experience is a plus.
Journey level skills in at least two trades pertinent to our operation.
Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
Must possess good communication skills and must work well in a team environment.
