Power generation client is currently seeking an Instructor to conduct Licensed Operator Training activities associated with development and implementation of classroom and simulator training for initial and continuing training of licensed operators at the Oconee Nuclear Site in Seneca, SC. This is an 8 month CONTRACT position, with the possibility of extension. Local candidates are preferred, but per diem will be considered for highly qualified candidates. Must qualify and meet requirements for nuclear station unescorted access / security clearance.
Responsibilities for the Trainer
Develop and conduct operator training utilizing traditional, accelerated learning techniques, innovative and interactive training techniques
Interface with Training Supervision and Operations line personnel
Requirements for the Trainer
Past or present instructor certification
Past or present Oconee SRO license or certification
