Responsibilities:
The Electrical Supervisor reports directly to the Asset Care Manager and will manage the plant electrical production function for the Lumber mill facility in McCormick, SC. The incumbent will supervise production employees and electricians and support staff personnel, manage in a way that supports/enhances our MBM principles, fosters teamwork and produces results. This position will supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair and testing of a wide range of electrical equipment such as programmable logic controllers, HMI Systems, generators, motors, transformers, control panels, cables, power distribution systems and associated switchgear in the plant. The Electrical Supervisor will work with the facility operations group to increase reliability while improving plant performance. This position will assure safe workplace practices are followed at all times and drive safety awareness through leading by example.
Improve and lead the electrical organization. This includes predictive, preventive and proactive electrical maintenance analysis as well as designing and implementing long-term continuous improvement applications and systems to enhance electrical reliability. Lead and support continuous improvement processes through decision making, employee involvement, systems and training. Meet and exceed objectives and metrics for safety, cost and productivity performance.
Basic
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
AND
five (5) or more years of electrical experience in an industrial, manufacturing or military environment required.
Three (3) years of supervisory experience in an industrial, manufacturing or military environment required.
Must have experience working with MS Word and Excel, and ability to learn various PC-based production applications.
Must be able and willing to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including extended periods of time in noisy, non-air conditioned or unheated areas.
Must be able and willing to work safely, and promote safe work practices.
Must have experience with electrical Reliability, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, and Root Cause Failure Analysis.
Must have experience in programming and troubleshooting PLCs
Must have experience in employee performance management and change management.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Allen Bradley PLC experience is preferred
Knowledge - Skills - Abilities:
Familiar with electrical codes
Knowledge of arc flash requirements and all OSHA electrical compliance standards.
Familiar with MP2 system or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Programming and troubleshooting PLC's (Allen Bradley Preferred)
Knowledge and experience with HMI systems (Allen Bradley Panel View)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
