Educational Qualification (mandatory): BE / B-Tech Mechanical Engineering
Educational Qualification (desirable): Master in Quality
Experience (range) : 12 years onwards
Industry choice (if any) : Automotive or Air space industry
Job requirements
Job Profile :
Mandatory experience on drawing/customer technical specifications interpretation
Mandatory experience on APQP as per AIAG guidelines
Experience with APQP planning preparation, management and risk assessment during the project
Extensive experience with customer relationship and networking
Experience of coordination CFT group during APQP internal gate review meetings
Experience managing APQP and gate reviews through customers
Experience on analysis of RFQs and technical specifications from customers
Experience with DVP preparation and validation tests monitoring and reports
Experience in PPAP as per AIAG guidelines (including all quality tools as FMEA, SPC, Control plan, Flow Chart, MSA)
Mandatory experience with PPAP approval through customers
Experience on Periodic Function and lay-out inspection routine
Quality auditor (ISO TS 16949 / ISO 9000). (minimum certification as an internal auditor)
Experience customer audit PCPA / ASES / VDA (desired)
Experience on QSB system
Experience on supplier audit (ANFIA guide desired)
Experience on production process quality control (welding / machining / painting / GP12 / Firewall).
Experience on problem resolution and quality improvement on process (utilization on quality tools and problem solving methodologies 8D, DDW, Ishikawa, DOE)
Experience on internal audit on Quality System / Process Audit / LPA / Customer Audit
Experience on Lab activity (Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, Test Bench)
Experience on 5S and shop-floor improvement

Abilities to lead the CRT team , guiding and training for project target achieved
