Responsibilities
Maximize in-stock levels while meeting the product turns expectations.
Minimizing returns in key categories including grass seed and controls.
Coordinating use of Planalytics data in demand planning process.
Communicate Walmart strategies to Walmart BDT Director of Planning and Director of Forecasting.
Develop strong relationship with Walmart's (the customer) Replenishment' Team to assure mutual buy-in for strategies.
Qualifications
BA or BS
Keen understanding of and experience in seasonal businesses.
Exceptional forecasting/demand planning skills.
Strong Retail Link and CPFR Skills.
Deep Understanding of Walmart's (the customer) Replenishment system, including ability to make policy recommendations.
Ability to incorporate Planalytics weather forecasting in demand analysis.
Proficient in SAP.
Strong communication skills both oral and written.
High Proficiency in Excel as well as overall analytical background.
