JOB DUTIES:
Duties to include shipment management, and return documentation. Will be responsible for clerical and administrative support to the Transportation Supervisor. Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with trucking companies and verify accuracy of shipments. Maintain shipping log. Answer phones, filing and paperwork scanning and posting documents to a shared file. Enter data using keyboard. Will operate FAX, copier and 10 key calculator.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position you must possess solid math skills, along with accuracy and organization of paperwork and a strict attention to detail. Must have previous experience coordinating traffic in a Shipping department. Must possess excellent Excel, Word, email and internet skills and have the ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
Payrate: $13.50 -14.50 DOE
Schedule: 5:00am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday
