Systems Integration: Provide Technology Solution Development and Integration across the SDLC including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing, and deployment. A Specialist Leader at Deloitte leverages deep subject matter knowledge in an area of interest to our clients and is responsible for selling, managing, and delivering when appropriate large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for strategic clients. A Specialist Leader contributes to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
Client Management:Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Practice Development & Eminence:Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop thoughtware and point-of-view documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
People Development:Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
Specialist Leader provides national-level leadership and expertise to support a service area or industry and clearly differentiates Deloitte in the market. A Specialist Leader ensures overall success on key engagement accounts; through consulting and proficiency center solution development, business development and account growth with his / her deep expertise.
The Federal Information Management team is looking for a Specialist Leader with a background in Enterprise Data Management, Data Analytics and Healthcare Technology Solutions.This individual will serve as a key member of the Public Sector Healthcare team and provide leadership to the opportunities within the Public Sector Healthcare market in support of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and healthcare reform opportunities at HHS, CMS, FDA, NIH, VA, MHS, etc. He or she will leverage their knowledge and relationships in order to guide and position the firm for future work within this space. Using analytics expertise, support and advise other accounts as needed.
