Cook will work extensively with General Manager with duties that include; maintaining back of house training/policies, cost control, following recipe guidelines, self-preparation and execution of daily breakfast, daily entr es, daily soups and ordering, inventory, and adhering to local health department guidelines and company policies to maintain a cost effective, clean, organized, safe and sanitary work environment.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, take ownership, and have a strong commitment to exceed in customer & client service. Building positive, productive relationships with fellow staff.
Responsibilities:
o Assist with weekly menu development
o Assist in training and monitoring the development of all
levels of kitchen staff.
o Maintains and monitors kitchen by assuring a clean
kitchen presentation, and Sanitation Guidelines
o HACCP control
o Production of daily breakfast, soups and entrees along
with assisting management with production of quarterly
marketed menu items, assist overseeing production.
o Being aware of the status of other production needs from
the kitchen and assuring they are being met.
o Ability to multi-task
o ServSafe certified a plus
Schedule - Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm No nights, no weekends, no holidays. Benefits include paid holidays, paid sick time, paid vacation, medical, dental and 401K.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
